AgentDial (“we”) provides a CRM and calling tool at agentdial.online. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. What we collect

  • Account info — your email, name, and company.
  • Contact data you upload — the names, phone numbers, emails, notes, and tags of your leads.
  • Usage data — calls you log and activity within the app.
  • Payment info — handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

2. How we use it

To provide and operate the Service, process your subscription, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell your data.

3. Where your data lives & who processes it

Your data is stored in the EU (Supabase, eu-central-1). We rely on a small set of trusted subprocessors, each used only for its part of the Service:

  • Supabase — database & authentication
  • Stripe — payments
  • Vercel — hosting
  • Hostinger — transactional email

4. Your contacts’ data

The lead and contact information you upload belongs to you and is controlled by you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store and contact those people; we process that data on your behalf solely to provide the Service.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and database access is restricted per-account (row-level security), so you can only access your own data.

6. Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your data by deleting your account, or contact us for help with a data export or deletion request.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, export of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
