By creating an account or using AgentDial (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes.
AgentDial is a customer-relationship and calling tool for managing leads, logging calls, and scheduling follow-ups. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your password secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
AgentDial is offered on a subscription (currently $12.99/month) after a 14-day free trial. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile. Cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current period except where required by law.
You agree to use the Service lawfully. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that govern your calls and messages, including telemarketing, consent, and do-not-call (DNC) regulations in your jurisdiction. You will not use the Service to harass, spam, or contact people without a lawful basis. You are responsible for the contacts and content you upload and for obtaining any consent required to contact them.
You retain ownership of the contact data and content you put into AgentDial. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload and use that data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentDial is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
